Band Concert: Help Needed

Hello everyone!

Our yearly band concert is in just two weeks! Everyone is welcome to come. Please invite your friends. The concert will be about an hour long. There will be a 30-minute party after the concert.

We need your help to make this concert great. We need 4 volunteers to help set up and clean up. We also need 5 ushers to welcome and guide guests during the concert. We are also taking donations of snacks and drinks. We need 8 dozen cookies, 12 dozen juice boxes that are wrapped, and we are also taking money to help pay for other snacks. All volunteers must fill out the Background Check Form, which is attached below.
