Band Concert: Please Respond

We are happy to invite you to our yearly concert and party! Our students have worked very hard. We want them to share their talents with you. The concert will be about one hour long. After that, there will be a 30-minute party with snacks and drinks. This is a great chance for our school to get together. Please bring your family and friends. Everyone is welcome! To make this event great, we need donations and volunteers. Any help you can give would be great.

Donation Requests

If you can, please think about donating any of the following items for the party:

• Snacks: We need snacks that are wrapped one by one. Examples are cookies, granola bars, mini muffins, pretzels, or fruit snacks.
• Drinks: Bottled water, juice boxes, or cans of sparkling water are good choices.
• Paper Goods: We always need paper plates, napkins, and cups.
