Band Concert & Family Reception: Join Us! 🎶

Get ready for an evening of music! Our annual Band Concert and Family Reception will be held on October 14th! 

We invite all families—parents, guardians, children and community members are invited!

The concert will feature our talented student musicians and will run for approximately 1 hour, followed by a 30-minute receptionwith snacks and drinks. It's a great opportunity to enjoy some music and socialize!

We Need Your Help! Volunteer & Donation Requests

To make this event a success, we are kindly asking for volunteers and donations from our generous school community!

To make this event a success, we are kindly asking for volunteers and donations from our generous school community!

Please sign up if you can spare some time! We need helping hands for various roles:

• Setup and Clean-up: Volunteers are needed to help arrange seating and decorations before the concert and tidy up the reception area afterward.
• Ushers: Volunteers are needed during the concert to help direct guests and answer questions.

Donations Requested

We are planning to provide a variety of snacks and drinks for all our guests. If you are able to donate any of the following items, we would be extremely grateful:

• Snacks:  Cookies (homemade or store-bought) or other fun snacks!
• Drinks:  Juice Boxes individually wrapped juice boxes.
• Monetary Donations: Any financial contribution is greatly appreciated and will be used to help offset the costs of other reception snacks and supplies.
